Baghouse dust collector

Introduction

Baghouse dust collectors (also known as pulse baghouse dust collectors or bag filters) are a type of high-efficiency dust removal and environmental protection equipment widely used in industrial production.

Core Functions and Principles

It primarily removes particulate matter from flue gas or dust through filtration:

1. Filtration and Interception: Dust-laden gas passes through large filter bags, where dust is trapped on the outside of the bags. The purified gas is then discharged through an upper fan.

2. Pulse Cleaning: Yellow pulse jets at the top of the equipment periodically spray compressed air (pulse action), shaking off the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bags, which falls into the dust hopper at the bottom, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the equipment.
