Baghouse dust collectors (also known as pulse baghouse dust collectors or bag filters) are a type of high-efficiency dust removal and environmental protection equipment widely used in industrial production.

It primarily removes particulate matter from flue gas or dust through filtration:
1. Filtration and Interception: Dust-laden gas passes through large filter bags, where dust is trapped on the outside of the bags. The purified gas is then discharged through an upper fan.
2. Pulse Cleaning: Yellow pulse jets at the top of the equipment periodically spray compressed air (pulse action), shaking off the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bags, which falls into the dust hopper at the bottom, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the equipment.

Building Materials/Chemicals: Such as cement mixing plants, foundries, and lime plants.
Woodworking/Wood Industry: Handles large amounts of sawdust and dust generated during wood processing.
Biomass/Material Processing: Works in conjunction with the material processing equipment you previously considered, it treats dust and waste gas generated during raw material crushing and drying processes, serving as a key supporting facility for achieving environmental compliance.
