Must be a pure copper motor, durable and does not overheat.

Power must be matched: Underpowered motor → burns out motor, no pellets produced.

For home use, choose 220V; for factories, 380V is preferred.

5. Core Vulnerable Components: Die + Pressure Roller (Determines Lifespan)

Material: Alloy steel, hardened for maximum wear resistance

Thickness: Thicker, more durable

Aperture:

Feed: 2–6mm

Fuel: 6–10mm

A good pellet machine die can last hundreds to thousands of hours, while a poor one will fail after tens of hours.
