Can I use a biomass pellet machine if the raw material is too dry and contains too many impurities? (1)

To produce high-quality pellets, besides choosing a high-quality pellet machine and accessories, and using the correct die compression ratio, the pellet machine also has requirements for the raw materials it processes. For example, the moisture content of the raw material is crucial; raw materials that are too dry or too wet will affect pellet formation. If the raw material is too dry, the pellets won't form properly and are prone to powdering. Too much moisture will result in loose pellets with cracks. The particle size of the raw material is also important; too fine a particle size results in a low pellet formation rate, while too coarse a particle size causes excessive wear on the die rollers, affecting production efficiency and power consumption. The pellet machine requires that the maximum size of the raw material should not exceed the die orifice diameter.
