Flat die pellet machine
1.The mold rotates, the press wheel is stationary, the feed is vertical, and the feed is direct, but due to the rotation of the mold, the extruded molding pellets will follow the mold for two times, resulting in poor pellet molding effect.
2.The material above the plate die is covered, and the finished pellets with higher temperature are below. The whole pressing chamber is relatively closed, and the heat dissipation and cooling effect is not ideal, which is not conducive to the service life of the bearing and the wear cycle of the wearing parts.
3.Single piece design only.
4.Using the main power to move the material, the rotation rate is too fast, and the pellets are still in the hot state, which is easy to cause damage to the finished pellets.
