5. The pulverizing section uses hammer mills. The hammers are rotatable rather than fixed, possessing strong flexibility and excellent self-protection against impacts from hard objects, reducing the likelihood of hammer breakage.
6. The hammers are made of manganese steel with a tungsten carbide weld overlay on the impact areas, extending their service life to 600-1200 hours.
7. The rotor rotates at a high speed of 2900 rpm, driving the hammers to strike the material 48 times per second, resulting in excellent crushing effect.
8. Various screen sizes are available, from as small as 2mm to as large as 10cm, meeting the needs of various material sizes. Multiple screens can also be configured to meet ultrafine powder requirements.
