Coolers are sibling machines to pellet machines.
1. A full range of cooler types are available, including counter-flow coolers, mesh belt coolers, drum coolers, multi-tube bundle coolers, and airflow coolers.
2. Counter-flow coolers are natural air cooling equipment, using the principle of material and airflow opposing heat dissipation, primarily for cooling granular materials.
3. Mesh belt coolers can use both natural air and forced air cooling. During stable conveying, cold air penetrates and cools the material. Suitable for cooling granular and flaky materials, food-grade cooling is possible.
4. Drum coolers are natural air cooling equipment, mainly for cooling large batches of materials. During the cooling process, materials can be simultaneously processed such as rounding and coating.
