4. Energy saving and high efficiency
(1) Low energy consumption: During the pelletizing process, the vertical ring die pellet machine has a high energy utilization rate due to the reasonable force and movement of the material. Compared with some other types of pellet machines, it can reduce the energy consumption per unit output. For example, to produce the same weight of biomass pellets, the power consumption of the vertical ring die pellet machine may be 10% - 20% lower than that of some horizontal pellet machines.
(2) High production efficiency: The design of the vertical ring die pellet machine enables the material to be processed quickly in the pelletizing chamber, which can achieve a higher output. Some large vertical ring die pellet machines can produce several tons per hour, meeting the needs of large-scale production.
