3. The compression ratio of the pellet mill die is an issue. Different raw materials require different compression ratios. If the die compression ratio is too low, the pellets will be loose and contain too much powder, resulting in unformed pellets. The die compression ratio must be adjusted.
4. If a sudden increase in powder is observed during normal production, it may be because the pellet machine die and pressure rollers have reached the end of their service life and should be replaced promptly.
5. If the screen mesh size is too large, it will also cause the pellets to be loose.
6. Overfeeding: If too much material is fed into the pellet mill, the output will also be loose.
