In this case, we first consider the particle size and moisture content of the raw material. If the raw material particle size is too fine, it easily generates a lot of dust. If the moisture content is too high, it is easy to clog the machine. If the raw material has low moisture content, the material will leak through the die, making it difficult to extrude and resulting in excessive powder. 2. The pellet mill may be aging and have insufficient power. The motor may not provide enough speed to generate sufficient pressure to granulate.
