The new mold of the biomass pellet machine will have burrs inside the mold due to the processing technology, which will affect the extrusion of the pellet in the mold. This requires us to wash the mold, which is also called grinding. Grinding requires the use of abrasives: abrasives contain three components: materials, fine sand, and waste engine oil. These three ingredients are mixed evenly in a weight ratio of 1:2:1. The first grinding time of a new machine takes about 15-20 minutes. The abrasive has two functions: one is to grind the new mold, and the other is that the abrasive remains in the mold when the machine is shut down, which will help the machine start up better next time and prevent the mold from being blocked easily.
