What are the rules for selecting mold compression ratio?

The bulk density of the material determines the compression ratio. The bulk density of the material is inversely proportional to the compression ratio. The greater the bulk density, the smaller the compression ratio; the smaller the bulk density, the greater the compression ratio.

2. The moisture content of the material should be within 20%.

3. The gap between the pressure wheel and the mold of the biomass pellet machine must be adjusted in place.

The gap between the pressed roller and the mold is 0.1-0.15mm. During the extrusion process of the material, there will be a pre-pressed material layer between the pressed roller and the die. The pre-pressed material layer will continuously feed into the guide hole. The thickness of the pre-pressed material layer will affect the molding effect and output of the pellets.

4. Material fineness

The material fineness is relatively fine, and the particle molding effect is better. However, as long as the mold compression ratio is selected in place, the requirements for material fineness can be relaxed.

5. Impurities in materials

  Impurities in the material will also have an impact on particle molding. For example, sand, quicklime, etc.
