Wood chips, sawdust, and cork: using the standard 850 pellet machine.
Set the ring die compression ratio at 6‑7:1. A simplified production line is preferred.
Dry materials can be fed directly into the pellet machine for pelleting, with a stable output of about 5 tons.
Hard hardwood, bark, corn cob: The pellet machine shall be fitted with high wear resistant ring die and pressing rollers.
Reduce the compression ratio appropriately.
Select a motor of 185KW or above for the machine to ensure sufficient torque output.
Crop wastes such as straw, rice husk and peanut shell: Straw features highly elastic fiber.
Customize a die with straw specific compression ratio for the pellet machine.
Complete sufficient crushing in the front end process.
High moisture materials must go through drying treatment before entering the pellet machine;
otherwise, the output will drop and finished pellets will be fragile.
Mixed production of multiple raw materials:
The pellet machine shall adopt a universal cavity, equipped with variable frequency feeding device.
Mix and stir raw materials well to guarantee uniform and stable feeding.
