700/850 Pellet Machine: Process Both Straw and Sawdust

2026-08-25 09:38:14

What are the differences between straw pellet machines and sawdust pellet machines

Can they be used interchangeably?

Straw feedstocks differ from sawdust feedstocks in fiber toughness, moisture content, ash content and compressibility.

Conventional low end machines cannot process both feedstock types.

In contrast, our heavy duty Model 700 / 850 vertical ring die pellet machines feature an upgraded dual‑roller adaptive forming mechanism.

By adjusting the ring die compression ratio and optimizing the pre‑treatment moisture level of raw materials,

these machines can flexibly handle all common biomass feedstocks,

including wheat straw, corn straw, wood sawdust, bamboo powder, rice husks and corn cobs.

One single machine can produce pellets from multiple materials:

straw, sawdust, wood scraps, corn cobs and more.

Separate machines for different raw materials are no longer required, significantly reducing customers'machine procurement costs.

Multi‑functional design brings outstanding cost effectiveness.
