At the same time, the smooth feeding of loose biomass material is hindered, and the loose biomass material tends to accumulate on the baffle of the pressed roller frame, resulting in poor feeding.
2.The feed needs to be promoted with help, and the discharge is accompanied by the
mold shaking, and the press block is unstable and easy to break.
3.The gearbox structure belongs to the same model of the rear axle differential of the automobile, which is not a heavy load gearbox, and is not suitable for the pellet production industry with noisy materials.
4.The yield is low and unstable, and the pellet quality is poor.
