Many pellet factories face fire risks.
Here are 4 key safety operations for your biomass pellet machine:
Electrical inspection
Pellet machines consume high power. Arrange regular electrician checks to prevent aging wires and overload circuits.
Strict no-smoking rule
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all pellet machine production areas.
Discarded cigarette butts can easily ignite flammable wood biomass raw materials.
Match compression ratio correctly
Adjust the compression ratio of your pellet machine when changing raw materials, to stop carbonized pellets from self-igniting.
Proper lubricating oil management
Do not add excess lubricant oil for the pellet machine.
Collect hot waste oil with iron drums and store in open, safe areas.
Never take fire safety lightly. Check your pellet plant regularly.
