5. Check the parallelism and perpendicularity of the pellet machine pressure roller and the ring die to ensure consistent contact.
6. Before crushing the raw materials, perform a purification process to remove impurities such as sand and iron filings, preventing abnormal wear on the pressure rollers.
7. Pay attention to the feed distribution to avoid uneven force on the pressure rollers, which can accelerate surface wear.
8. Select high-quality pressure rollers. To improve the surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of the pressure rollers, appropriate materials and heat treatment processes should be selected.
