Raw material moisture content is a key indicator. Pellet machines generally require a moisture content of 13%-18%. However, rice husk raw materials vary significantly depending on their variety, origin, and processing method. The typical moisture content is 10%-15%. The compression ratio of the ring die for rice husk pellets varies depending on the raw material. Raw materials from northern and southern China, or from single-season, double-season, and triple-season rice, will have different compression ratios depending on their moisture content. Conventional rice husk compression ratios are between 4 and 6 to meet the needs of different application scenarios. In actual application, we should also comprehensively consider factors such as the moisture content, shape and size of the rice husk pellets, and use actual production data to determine a reasonable ring die compression ratio to ensure the quality of the rice husk pellets.
