Production Process (Raw Material: Tree Branches & Forks)

1. Primary Chipping: Cut raw materials into wood chips (3–5 cm long, approx. 5 mm thick) with drum-type & disc-type wood chippers.

2. Secondary Fine Crushing: Further grind chips to qualified pellet size for pelletizing via multifunctional hammer mill crusher.

3. Raw Material Drying: Adjust feedstock moisture to required level using rotary drum dryer.

4. Pelletizing: Compact raw materials into dense biomass pellets with vertical ring die pellet mill.

5. Cooling & Screening: Cool hot pellets to ambient temperature and sieve out impurities by counterflow pellet cooler & screener.

6. Finished Product Packaging: Pack qualified pellets into bags with semi-automatic pellet packing machine.
