4. Motor malfunction: A faulty motor can also cause the pellet machine to overheat.
5. Operational issues: Improper operation, such as adding raw materials too quickly or too slowly, or failing to adjust the discharge speed in a timely manner, can lead to high discharge temperature in the pellet mill. Additionally, excessively high moisture content in the raw materials, high viscosity, and excessively high die compression ratios can also cause the pellet machine discharge temperature to rise.
