Recently, JNSHARE officially signed a cooperation agreement with a large agricultural group in Indonesia to customize a 10 tons per hour biomass pellet production line for it.
The production line is tailored to the characteristics of Indonesia's abundant raw materials such as palm shells and coconut shells, and integrates JNSHARE's core technical equipment: the double-shaft shredder is responsible for crushing large pieces of palm shells to less than 30mm, and the vertical ring die pellet machine uses a 1:10 customized compression ratio mold to ensure that the high-fiber raw material forming rate is stable at more than 96%. The matching three-layer cooling and screening system can reduce the pellet temperature to room temperature to ensure storage stability. The production line uses a PLC intelligent control system throughout the process, which can monitor key parameters such as raw material humidity and pellet density in real time, and the energy consumption per shift is 12% lower than that of similar equipment.
At the signing ceremony, the Indonesian customer representative said that more than 10 million tons of palm waste are generated locally each year. Previously, due to limited processing technology, a large number of resources were idle. The high productivity and adaptability of the JNSHARE production line can not only solve environmental problems, but also convert waste into biomass pellets with a calorific value of 4200kcal/kg, which are supplied to local power plants and industrial boilers. It is expected to create annual economic benefits of more than 2 million US dollars.
