Recently, a delegation from a well-known Indian biomass energy company visited JNSHARE pellet production line equipment factory to conduct on-site inspections on the procurement of biomass pellet production equipment and technical cooperation. JNSHARE general manager and technical team accompanied the whole process, and the two sides reached a number of cooperation consensuses through in-depth exchanges.
The delegation first visited the JNSHARE production workshop, focusing on the quality and production process of core equipment such as vertical ring die pellet machine, double shaft shredder, and drum crusher.
At the symposium, the JNSHARE team customized a highly adaptable production line solution based on the raw material characteristics of the Indian market (such as sugarcane bagasse, rice husk and other agricultural waste), and explained in detail the energy-saving advantages of the equipment: the unit energy consumption of the vertical ring die pellet machine is 15% lower than that of traditional equipment, and the life of wearing parts is extended by 30%, significantly reducing the long-term operating costs of customers. Indian customers recognized the pertinence of the solution, and combined with local market needs, put forward cooperation demands for equipment automation upgrades and after-sales support.
This inspection has built a bridge for pragmatic cooperation between the two sides. The head of the Indian inspection team said that the technical maturity and customization capabilities of JNSHARE equipment provide a reliable solution to the problem of agricultural waste resource utilization in India, and they look forward to reaching cooperation as soon as possible to jointly develop the South Asian biomass energy market. The general manager of JNSHARE also said that this inspection will be used as an opportunity to deepen the service layout for the Indian market and help the development of the local green energy industry.
