Our on-site engineering team has wrapped up full installation and commissioning work,
for a complete wood pellet production line at an overseas customer's facility.
The entire pellet plant is now ready for commercial operation.
This turnkey pellet line includes wood chipper, hammer mill, rotary dryer, ring die pellet machine, pellet cooler and packaging machine.
During the commissioning phase, our technicians carried out continuous trial runs,
adjusted pellet machine parameters and inspected finished pellet quality.
The produced wood pellets meet international biomass fuel standards in terms of density, moisture and calorific value.
The customer mainly processes wood waste and forest residues to produce high-quality biomass pellets for heating and power generation.
Our on-site engineers also provided hands-on operation training for the customer's local operators, covering daily operation,
routine maintenance and common fault handling of the biomass pellet machine and all supporting machine in the pellet production line.
The whole installation and commissioning project was finished on schedule despite logistics and site preparation challenges.
Our team will continue to offer after-sales technical support to ensure stable long-term operation of the pellet production plant.
