Recently, our biomass pellet machine production line has been mechanically installed at the customer's production plant.
The entire system is equipped with a ring die pellet machine and supporting auxiliary machines,
which is designed to process industrial biomass by-products into high quality fuel pellets.
Our field engineering team carried out machines positioning, assembly,
pipeline connection and system alignment strictly according to project drawings.
All main units including feeding system, pellet machine, dust collection and auxiliary facilities have been put in place.
At present, installation work has been completed.
The next phase will focus on circuit debugging and pre‑commissioning test run, to prepare for formal production.
The whole line can realize continuous automatic pelletizing,
helping the customer reuse local waste biomass resources to produce market able fuel pellets,
and achieve resource recycling and economic benefits.
