We recently welcomed clients to our workshop.
They came to visit our pellet machine and watch a live trial run using sawdust.
Our technicians prepped the sawdust in advance and showed them the full pelleting process.
Once the pellet machine was running, sawdust fed in steadily and turned out well-formed, firm wood pellets nonstop.
Clients watched the pellet machine closely, checked the finished pellets,
and chatted with our engineers about moisture requirements, ring die choices and regular maintenance.
They were pleased with how smoothly the pellet machine ran and the quality of the pellets we produced.
We also went over a complete sawdust pellet line setup, including hammer mill, rotary dryer, pellet cooler and packing machine.
The clients are happy with the trial result and hope for further cooperation on their biomass pellet project.
