Solution:
Extend mixing time: Mix raw materials for at least 5 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion of additives;
Ensure conditioning uniformity: Check for wear on the conditioner blades and replace them promptly to ensure sufficient contact between materials and steam;
Control cooling parameters: Control the cooling air velocity at 1.5–2.5 m/s and the cooling time at 20–30 minutes to reduce the particle moisture content from 14–16% to 10–12%, avoiding rapid cooling.
This will prevent inconsistent particle color (blemished particles) and surface peeling in pellet mill production.
