My pellet mill's production efficiency has slowed down. Is it broken? (2)

3. Machine aging: If the pellet machine is aging, its capacity will be insufficient, and the motor may not be able to provide normal speed, resulting in insufficient pressure and inability to form pellets.

4. Regarding feed control, many pellet mills, when production efficiency declines, only consider pelleting issues and neglect feed control. However, in reality, the feed flow rate directly affects the pelleting speed. JNSHARE recommends ensuring a stable feed rate.

5. In production operation, technicians should correctly adjust all parts of the pellet mill, and properly adjust the gap between the die and the pressure rollers, avoiding gaps that are too small or too large, otherwise noise will be generated and pelleting will be affected.
