Many users know that a new ring die for a pellet machine needs to be cleaned before use. Due to the machining process, the die holes may have burrs, poor finish, oxide layers, and rust spots, which can make it difficult to discharge materials properly or even cause blockage. This requires cleaning the die, commonly known as grinding. Furthermore, preparing the grinding stock before shutting down the pellet machine can help ensure better discharge the next time it's started. For subsequent production, grinding for 3-5 minutes each time the machine is started will suffice.
