The pellet machine has abnormal noise and large vibration, which may be caused by many reasons. 1. The raw material conveying is unstable, and the feeding speed needs to be adjusted. 2. The deflection scraper wears and causes uneven feeding, and a new scraper needs to be replaced. 3. The pellet machine ring die and the pressure roller are not matched properly. It is best to match the new ring die with a new pressure roller. 4. The gap between the pellet machine ring die and the pressure roller is not coordinated with the production material, and the pressure roller gap needs to be adjusted.
