If you are a small user (family farm, small workshop), need to process coarse fiber materials (straw, sawdust, organic fertilizer), or produce small batches of a variety of pellets, and are looking for low cost and easy maintenance, a flat die pellet machine is preferred.
If you are a large-scale enterprise (feed mill, biomass fuel plant), need to process fine powder materials (concentrated feed, biomass pellets), seek high yield and high pellet quality, and can afford the higher equipment and maintenance costs, a ring die pellet machine is preferred.
