Can pellet mills still produce pellets if the raw materials entering the pellet mill are too wet? (2)

3. Low output: When the raw material passes through the die, the wet material generates enormous pressure, resulting in a very slow passage speed and reduced output.

4. Increased energy consumption: Increasing the die compression ratio to compress the pellets is sufficient, or the material can be recycled two or three times for compression. However, this increases frictional resistance during pelleting, leading to increased friction between the pellet mill rollers and the die, wasting unnecessary energy.
