1.Raw material issues: When hard impurities such as sand, gravel, and nails enter the pelleting chamber, it can cause vibration or abnormal noise in the machine, and in severe cases, damage it. Raw materials that are too dry or too wet are also a cause. Impurities should be removed from the raw materials, and the particle size, moisture content, and feed rate of the raw materials entering the pellet machine should be controlled.
