2. Ring die factors: Improper ring die assembly, tilting, or blockage of the ring die resulting in only partial discharge from the die holes. An excessively tight gap between the ring die and the pressure roller can cause vibration and noise. The ring die should be installed correctly, and the gap between the ring die and the pressure roller should be properly controlled.
3. Pressure roller factors: When the main shaft bearing of the pressure roller is worn and loose, axial back-and-forth movement will occur, causing significant roller oscillation, noise, and vibration in the pellet mill. Additionally, worn pressure roller gears can also cause excessive noise if only one pressure roller is replaced.
