Solutions:
1. Extend cooling time or increase cooling airflow to ensure consistent moisture content inside and outside the pellets after cooling.
2. In humid weather, add a dehumidifier to the cooling airflow to reduce intake humidity.
3. Test the moisture content of the finished product before storage; if it exceeds 12%, secondary drying is required.
Summary: The core of pellet feed production lies in the coordination of four key stages: raw material homogenization, thorough conditioning, proper pelleting, and complete cooling. It is recommended to regularly test the moisture content and gelatinization degree of the conditioned material, as well as the wear of the pellet mill's ring die rollers, and dynamically adjust parameters based on raw material characteristics to significantly reduce the defect rate.
