Solutions:
1. Optimize the conditioning process: Ensure steam pressure is 0.2–0.4 MPa, conditioning temperature is 80–90℃, and conditioning time is extended to 30–60 seconds to achieve a uniform material moisture content of 14–16%;
2. Maintain the pellet mill ring die: Regularly grind the inner wall of the ring die orifice to remove burrs. After a period of use, the ring die can be enlarged;
3. Adjust the raw material formula: Add 2–5% oil or 0.5–1% bentonite to improve adhesion. If the coarse fiber content is too high, appropriately add fine materials such as corn flour.
