2. Solutions
Adjust the cutter: Control the distance between the cutter and the outer wall of the ring die within 1–3mm, keep the blade sharp, and ensure the cutter angle is perpendicular to the pelleting direction;
Calibrate the gap between the pellet mill ring die and the pressure roller: Adjust the gap to 0.1–0.3 mm (preferably large enough to insert a thin sheet of paper) to ensure that the pressure roller evenly crushes the material;
Stabilize the feeding system: Check if the feeder speed is stable to prevent raw material agglomeration and blockage of the feed inlet, ensuring a constant feed rate.
