In pellet machine production, sometimes abnormal feed pellets are produced, such as pellets that are bent, cracked, have uneven surfaces, have gill-like appearances, inconsistent color (commonly known as "blemished feed"), have poor water resistance due to peeling, excessive feed powder, or pellets of varying lengths, and excessively high moisture content in the finished product.
