1.Ensuring pellet forming efficiency: Excessive moisture content in the raw materials (e.g., biomass raw materials >20%) results in loose pellets that easily stick to the mold; low moisture content (<10%) leads to breakage. The dryer controls moisture content within the "golden range" of 12%-18%, increasing pellet forming efficiency from 70% to over 95%.
