Based on years of experience, JNSHARE recommends the following adjustments and solutions.
1. Raw material type: Softer wood chips, such as pine, are easier to pelletize. If the raw material is too hard or has a fine, flour-like consistency, adding some wood shavings will improve pelletizing. Different raw materials have different properties and fiber structures, resulting in varying degrees of difficulty in pelletizing. The composition and ratio of the mixed materials also affect the pelletizing rate.
2. Raw material moisture content: The pellet machine has requirements for the moisture content of the material. Pine, fir, eucalyptus and other raw materials require a moisture content of 13%-18%. However, due to the hardness of the raw materials and other reasons, the specific optimal value should be determined based on actual production conditions.
