The pellets produced by the pellet machine are short, fluffy, and very fragmented. What's wrong? (2)

3. The pellet machine's die pressure: Different pellet types and sizes require dies with different compression ratios. Selecting the appropriate die compression ratio can improve pelletizing efficiency and pellet quality. Additionally, problems such as worn roller teeth, die wear, or uneven die holes can lead to short and fragmented pellets. The correct die compression ratio should be selected and replaced promptly based on actual production conditions.

4. The gap between the die and rollers of the pellet machine is usually 0.1-0.3 mm. If the gap is too large, the pressure will be insufficient and extrusion will not be possible. If the gap is too small, the density and smoothness of the extruded pellets may be improved, but it will increase friction between the die and rollers, shorten their lifespan, and affect the pellet machine's output.
