The different ring die compression ratios of biomass pellet machine will directly affect the processing capacity of the pellet machine and the quality of the finished pellets.
1. The compression ratio of the ring die of the biomass pellet machine affects the quality of pellets
A higher compression ratio will increase the pressure of the raw material in the die, thereby increasing the density and strength of the pellets, but if the compression ratio is too high, the raw material will stay in the pelletizing chamber for too long, the output will be low, and the temperature will be too high, causing the pellets to be too hard and carbonized, and even blockage will cause the pellet machine to fail. If the compression ratio of the pellet machine ring die is too small, the residence time of the raw material in the pelletizing chamber will be reduced, and the pellets will be loose. Although the output is large, the quality of the finished pellets will be affected.
