6. Adhesion: a large amount of particles, grease and other debris accumulate on the inner wall of the pellet machine ring die, which affects the discharge and pelletizing effect and needs to be replaced.
7. Wear size: You can use tools such as vernier calipers to measure the outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness and other dimensions of the ring die, and judge the degree of wear based on the size change. You can also use a wear tester to measure the service life.
