3. The temperature rises. The ring die of the pellet machine is about to reach the end of its service life. The friction heat causes the temperature to rise significantly, affecting the quality of the pellets. The ring die needs to be replaced.
4. The ring die is cracked. Check the surface of the ring die of the pellet machine daily. If there are cracks, marks, deformation, especially cracks of more than 5 mm, stop the machine immediately and replace it.
