3. The compression ratio of the ring die aperture of the pellet machine used is too high, resulting in large resistance to die discharge. It is recommended to reduce the compression ratio of the raw material die.
4. The concentricity of the roller and the main shaft is not good. It is recommended to check whether the roller bearing is installed reasonably to avoid causing the roller to be eccentric to one side.
5. The roller bearing is stuck. It is recommended to replace the roller bearing.
