Improper installation of the pellet mill rollers can cause axial relative offset in the die roller working area and cause the rollers to shift sideways. It is recommended to inspect the bushings and roller shafts to ensure proper installation of the roller assembly. Furthermore, failure to follow proper operating procedures during disassembly, cleaning, and other maintenance procedures can lead to roller jamming or foreign matter intrusion, which can also cause the rollers to become stuck.
