Hard blades have good wear resistance but poor toughness and are suitable for large-diameter raw materials. Thin blades have good toughness but poor wear resistance and are suitable for small-diameter raw materials. Different groove depths and groove shapes can be selected according to different applications and requirements. During the pellet machine production process, the control of pellet length depends on the cutting of the cutter. The length of the pellets is generally 1.5-2.5 times the diameter of the material, but can be adjusted as needed. Adjusting the distance between the cutter and the pellet mill die increases the distance between the cutter and the die, resulting in longer pellets, and vice versa. JNSHARE reminds users that the minimum distance between the cutter and the pellet mill die should not be less than 3 mm; otherwise, the cutter head colliding with the die may cause an accident.
