Our biomass pellet mills can be classified into the following two types according to their structural principles, which are the core differences between the equipment:
1. Ring die pellet machine: The die is a thick-walled steel ring with holes. The pressure roller rotates and squeezes the material inside the ring die. It has a large output and high efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale feed and biomass pellet production. It is the mainstream model.
2. Flat Die Pellet Mill: The die is a horizontal perforated disc. The pressure roller extrudes the material on the flat die. It features a simple structure and low cost, suitable for small and medium-sized farms, organic fertilizer plants, and small-batch biomass processing.
