JNSHARE combined actual production experience analysis and summarized the following main reasons:
1. One of the most common reasons is that the compression ratio of the pellet machine mold is too large, the distance between the forming holes is long, and the extrusion time is long, resulting in carbonization on the surface of the formed pellets. The compression ratio of the pellet machine mold is too large or it is severely worn, which may even cause the machine temperature to rise, no material to be discharged, and low output.
2. When the moisture content of the raw material is too low, the pellet fuel pressed by the pellet mill is short, the density is not enough, and even dry grinding will cause the raw material to be carbonized before forming.
