(1) Long service life: As key components of pellet mills, the roller and ring die are subjected to more reasonable force in vertical ring die pellet mills, with relatively uniform wear, which reduces the wear rate of components and prolongs the service life of the roller and ring die. For example, under the same output and working conditions, the replacement cycle of the ring die of a vertical ring die pellet mill may be 1-2 times longer than that of a horizontal ring die pellet mill.
