There will not be too much powder when pressing pellets, but the pellets are of low hardness and loose, which causes the pellet machine mold to be blocked and unable to be discharged. The moisture content of the raw material should be controlled between 13% and 18%.
2. The wear and tear of the pellet machine mold roller and other consumable parts are seriously worn, resulting in the inability to discharge the raw materials. The accessories should be replaced in time.
