(1) Add water/steam: Inject steam and water through the conditioner to adjust the moisture (generally 15% - 17%) and temperature (65℃ - 85℃) of the raw materials, so that the raw materials entering the pellet machine are easier to shape, and can also make starch gelatinization and protein denaturation, and improve the quality of pellets (such as feed pellets are easier to digest).
(2) Mixing and stirring: Stirring synchronously during conditioning to allow the raw materials to be heated and moistened evenly, laying the foundation for subsequent pelleting in the pellet machine.
